WCPC is an acronym for Wound Certification Prep Course.

WCPC is for any healthcare professional interested in preparing for their wound certification board examinations, becoming recertified, or gaining a deeper understanding of wound care and wound management. Intended learners include physicians (MD/DO), nurses (BSN, RN, LPN, NP), podiatrists, physician assistants, physical therapists, and industry professionals (medical/pharmaceutical sales reps).

WCPC Live, Virtual, and On Demand each offer a maximum of 17 hours of continuing education credit for the interdisciplinary healthcare team (physicians, podiatrists, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, physical therapists, etc.).

In addition to access to our live, virtual, or on-demand multidisciplinary course, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to 17 hours of credit. You'll receive a link to download the syllabus, which gives you access to all course content, 200 practice test questions, and test-taking strategies. Most importantly, you’ll have time to network with our nationally ranked faculty members and the opportunity to meet with industry supporters to provide the latest advancements in wound care and management.

Live In-Person Course: In addition to the above, our on-site course event will provide you with breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the 2-day program. 

Live Virtual Course: In this exclusive virtual experience, you and your peers will be able to interact and ask questions in real time, receiving the same in-class experience as our live course. You will also receive on-demand access post-virtual meeting for 30 days. 

On-Demand Course: Take the course at your own pace, on your own time, with 24/7 access. An account manager will provide reminders and assistance for whatever you may need!

We offer group rates for two or more attendees from the same facility.

We offer WCPC alumni 50% off future courses.

Military/VA can receive a discounted rate of $700.

WCPC offers a student rate of $575 for residents and fellows! 

WCPC alumni receive the following discounts:

• $200 off registration to the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC) meetings
• $100 off registration to the Amputation Prevention Symposium

The Wound Certification Prep Course will prepare you for several skin and wound care certifications. After attending WCPC or becoming certified, you can experience:

We offer a convenient live Virtual Course and an On-Demand option for participants looking for a course they can take from the comfort of their home or office.

The live Virtual course is a 2-day course, hosted by 3 of our expert faculty members in real time. You and your peers will be able to interact and ask questions, receiving the same in-class experience as our live course. 

The On-Demand program gives you 24/7 access to take the course on your own time, at your own pace for either 90 days of unlimited access or 365 days of unlimited access.

The attendee is responsible for all travel and lodging accommodations. Each location offers a hotel room block rate, which is available until 3 weeks prior to the course date. Note that it is likely the room block rate will reach capacity before the deadline, so please book your lodging accommodations at your earliest convenience. Hotel room block rates are intended for a 2-night stay: the night before Day 1 and the night before Day 2 of WCPC. For questions regarding parking, airport shuttle, or other forms of transportation, please contact the hotel directly.

Please include the participant's name, email address, daytime phone, place of work, and credentials if applicable. Please send checks as soon as possible – a delay in receiving the check may increase the amount due, as cost will increase as the course date approaches.
